Emergency Care
We are just a phone call away-anytime. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After hours call our clinic at 444-2222 and the doctors will be immediately contacted by pager and return your call. All of our veterinarians and staff are experienced and our clinic is equipped to deal with any type of animal emergency. An emergency fee is additional to any services provided after hours.
Appointments
To allow sufficient time for all patients, doctors’ hours are scheduled – preferably by appointments.
Walk-ins are worked in as soon as possible.
Drop-offs are welcome.
If there is a short wait for your appointment, please understand we have the utmost respect for your time and regret delays. However, in the exam room, you will have the full attention of the veterinarian.

Charges for Services
The field of veterinary medicine has advanced rapidly, through increased medical and surgical technology, and preventive medicine. The cost of providing sophisticated treatment for your pet is determined accordingly. Unlike hospitals for people, the facilities provided for your pet are the product of the private enterprise of the veterinarians. We feel our hospital in an investment in the community, and in the protection of our community’s public health and welfare. Our fees reflect our commitment to provide the highest quality of service and medical care to our clients.
Fees charged for services are based on amounts needed to maintain the high quality of care we are proud to provide. Payment is requested at the time service is rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. All accounts must be paid in full before your pet can be discharged.
For your convenience, we do accept personal checks, VISA, Discover & MasterCard.
We also offer a new charge plan – CareCredit. Call us for more information or come
by either clinic to pick up an application.
